By using the ARTemida website (hereinafter: "website"), you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Description of Service

ARTemida is a virtual art gallery that provides access to virtual exhibitions, information about artists and artworks, and a contact form for inquiries.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights:

  • ◆Reproductions of artworks are the property of the respective artists and are used with their consent.
  • ◆Texts, design, logo, and graphic elements are the property of ARTemida.
  • ◆Virtual 3D exhibitions are realized through the Kunstmatrix platform.

Without prior written consent, it is prohibited to:

  • ◆Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • ◆Commercially use any part of the website
  • ◆Modify or adapt content
  • ◆Remove copyright notices

4. Virtual Exhibitions

Virtual 3D exhibitions are available exclusively for personal, non-commercial viewing. It is prohibited to:

  • ◆Screen capture or record virtual tours for commercial purposes
  • ◆Redistribute or embed virtual tours without permission
  • ◆Use automated tools to access virtual exhibitions

5. Contact Form

By using the contact form, you agree to:

  • ◆Provide accurate information
  • ◆Not send unsolicited, offensive, or illegal content
  • ◆Not use the form for mass messaging

We reserve the right not to respond to messages that violate these terms.

6. Website Usage

You agree to use the website in accordance with the law and these terms. It is prohibited to:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The date of the last update is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
